Spin Forming for Canada and the US

In the metal fabrication industry, metal spinning—also known as spin forming in Canada and the US—is a specialized forming process used to create round, hollow components with a circular cross-section. This technique involves rotating a flat metal disc, known as a blank, on a lathe while applying pressure with a tool or roller to shape the metal into the desired form over a Die. Metal spinning is valued for its efficiency, and ability to produce high-quality, custom-designed parts for a variety of applications.
